passionate about living

Welcome to studioCRANTH_life

Providing you with a little bit of happiness

At studioCRANTH my goal is to offer yoga classes and services that will help you feel excited about yoga and have some fun. Situated in the Ormskirk area, I incorporate a variety of practices in movement, breath, and relaxation. We all know that yoga is not a one size fits all exercise, so I always offer different ability levels within each class so everyone can join in. If you're unsure if there's a class for you get in touch!

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM JUNE 2025 ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT REFORM YOU AUGHTON AND ARE BOOKED THROUGH THE GYMCATCH APP...

I will be getting rid of my website in July once everyone is used to the change, all messages will be conveyed through the GymCatch platform or social media channels (facebook/instagram)

Please note that class times have changed (still Wednesdays) do get in touch if you have any questions..

I look forward to seeing you in a class soon!

Interesting stuff

things you should know about yoga

Yoga is a great way of improving your fitness levels, it develops both flexibility and strength in muscles. It also helps your concentration and acts to relieve stress, low self-esteem and depression.

Yoga during pregnancy has been shown to lower stress and anxiety, decrease nausea and lower back pain, improve sleep quality, not to mention increasing strength / flexibility / endurance of muscles needed for labour.

Yoga during the post natal period is great for regaining core strength and feeling confident and strong, relieving any aches and pains. It is also a great way to meet new mum friends.
