At studioCRANTH our goal is to offer yoga classes and services that will help you feel excited about yoga and have some fun. Situated in the Ormskirk area, we incorporate a variety of practices in movement, breath, and relaxation. We know that yoga is not a one size fits all exercise, so we offer different ability levels within each class so everyone can join in. If you're unsure if there's a class for you get in touch!

Post Natal Yoga Starts this week!!!
I'm really excited to get these classes up and running, if you are a mummy and need some time for you, to heal your body and have a bit of headspace, come along! You can be new to your post partum journey or much further down the line it doesn't matter you are all welcome.

Yoga is a great way of improving your fitness levels, it develops both flexibility and strength in muscles. It also helps your concentration and acts to relieve stress, low self-esteem and depression.
Yoga during pregnancy has been shown to lower stress and anxiety, decrease nausea and lower back pain, improve sleep quality, not to mention increasing strength / flexibility / endurance of muscles needed for labour.
Yoga during the post natal period is great for regaining core strength and feeling confident and strong, relieving any aches and pains. It is also a great way to meet new mum friends.
